If your bra back or cup size isn’t quite right, you won’t be getting the support you need to give you a great shape and to protect your neck, shoulder or back muscles... having big boobs doesn’t mean you can’t feel comfortable, supported and look great!
If the back band is too loose you will see that the weight of your boobs will pull your bra down at the front causing the back to ride up. This means you’re not getting the uplift you deserve and you’ll find your boobs jiggling if you need to run for the bus!
If the back’s too loose, you may also try to give support to your boobs by over-tightening the shoulder straps causing them to dig into your shoulders, which can be uncomfortable and leave red marks.
You should also check that the wires at the front of your bra are sitting flat against your chest between your boobs - if the wires are standing forward away from your chest they aren’t enclosing your boobs completely indicating your cup size is too small. When this happens, you may find your boobs rub together and get hot and sweaty- it’s much cooler and more comfy when your cups fit you well!
If the cup size is too small you might find your boobs bulging over the top edge of the cups or spilling out of the side of the cups - as well as being uncomfy, this can give you the famous “four boob look” when your clothes are on!
